Appointment of Kyle Barnett as Councilperson  to replace  Councilperson Carl  Belfiglio  who was elected to the Ulster County Legislature. This term of office will  expire on Dec. 31, 2010.

Resolution  to appoint Kyle Barnett

Be it Resolved, by the Town Board of the Town of Esopus, County of Ulster, State of
State of New York as follows:

Whereas, Councilperson Carl Belfiglio has been elected to serve on the Ulster County Legislature and can no longer serve as Councilperson and,

Whereas, there is a Councilperson vacancy on the Town Board which will expire December 31, 2010.

Therefore, Be it Resolved, the Town Board appoints Kyle Barnett to fill the Councilperson position with a term expiring December 31, 2010.
