| The Esopus Transfer Station is a municipal transfer station operated under contract between the Town of Esopus and Dankelmann & Associates. The Esopus Transfer Station, located at 70 West Shore Drive, West Park, New York is open to the public five days a week.
This facility offers disposal options on a wide variety of materials. These materials are broken down into three categories, Solid Waste Disposal Materials, Recyclables Requiring Fees, and Recyclables.

Recyclables Accepted: Paper products, - Newspaper, magazines, books, office paper, junk mail, cardboard
Container Products – Container Blass, Food & Beverage Cans, Plastic Containers
Automotive Products – Lead Acid Batteries, Used Motor Oil
Yard Wastes – Brush (less than 4 inches in diameter and cut into 4-6 foot lengths, Grass Trimmings, leaves, Dead Plants
Computers – Processor (towers, etc.), keyboards, printers (free) Monitors charged for under small appliance (under 2’x2’x2’)
