PORT EWEN WATER & SEWER BOARD
DECEMBER 7, 2009

The regular monthly meeting of the Port Ewen Water and Sewer Board was not held on Monday, December 7, 2009.  There was no quorum.  Members in attendance were:

          Donald Kiernan, Port Ewen Water & Sewer Superintendent
          Kevin Rentfrow
         

Absent were Douglas DeKoskie, Ronald Phillips, Michael Tronolone, Peter Koelli—Port Ewen Water & Sewer Foreman, and Carl Belfiglio—Liaison from the Esopus Town Board.

The next regular monthly meeting will be held on Monday, January 11, 2010.
