Summer Camp

Our goal at Camp Esopus is to develop healthy campers through active play.
We strongly encourage creativity through interactions with our community.  Our camp provides children with the opportunities for new experiences.

WHO IS CAMP FOR?

  • Entering 1st and 2nd grades, 1:7 counselor to camper ratio
  • Entering 3rd and 4th grades, 1:9 counselor to camper ratio
  • Entering 5th and 6th grades, 1:10 counselor to camper ratio
  • Entering 7th and 8th grades, 1:10 counselor to camper ratio

WHEN IS CAMP?

Camp is open from 9am until 4:00pm Monday through Friday; June 27th through August 5th. There are three, two-week sessions.

Session 1: June 27 -July 8 (no camp July 4)

Session 2: July 11- July 22

Session 3: July 25 – August 5

HEALTH AND SAFETY

Basic health and safety procedures included staff being masked at all times, daily health/temperature checks, observing social distancing practices, operating at 50% capacity, limiting camper interactions, and constant hand washing and sanitization of spaces and equipment. We are prepared to adapt to any changes that 2022 may bring us!

Session 1 (no camp July 4) :
Town of Esopus Resident (must provide proof of residency): $296
Non-resident: $324

Sessions 2 & 3:
Town of Esopus Resident (must provide proof of residency): $329
Non-resident: $361

Camp Financial Aid and Scholarships are available, all information is confidential.
