At the Town of Esopus Planning Board, we review site plans, special use permits, subdivisions of land, lot line adjustments and site development plan reviews. The Planning Board regulates land use and development in accordance with the Town’s Comprehensive Plan.
If your project creates a new footprint (new home, addition, garage, etc.) or any ground disturbance (land clearing, tree removal, grading, septic system, foundation, etc.), Town of Esopus local law requires you to run the EAF Mapper and provide the results to the Building Department prior to the project commencing.
