NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that pursuant to Section §123-41 A (1) of the Esopus Town Code, the Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, July19, 2022 at 7:00 p.m. or as soon thereafter for the purpose of considering the application of Cuney Ranch Holdings LLC for a proposed area variance pursuant to §123-12E(2) of the Town Code. The proposal is for an 80-unit apartment development consisting of four (4) buildings with twenty (20) units in each building. The variance being requested is to allow for ten (10) units more than the 70 units calculated to be allowed under the Town Code.
The proposed site is located at 159 Clay Road/364 Broadway, identified by tax map SBL Nos. 56.83-4-10.123 and 56.83-4-10.124 and located in the GC-1 and R-12 Zoning Districts. The proposal is on file in the Planning-Zoning Board office for inspection by any interested party. All parties of interest and citizens will be given an opportunity to be heard in respect to such application.
