NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that pursuant to Section §123-47 C(6) of the Esopus Town Code, the Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, September 19, 2022 at 7:45 p.m. at the Town Hall, 1 Town Hall Way, Ulster Park, N.Y. for the purpose of considering the application of Red Maple Vineyard (Gary and Liz Stone) for a proposed site plan/special use permit for the development of a structure to house wine-making, brewing and cider making operations with a separate adjoining structure to accommodate a taproom with seating for approximately 80 persons. The subject property is located at 112 Burroughs Drive, West Park, identified by Tax Map No. 80.1-4-5.120 in the R-40 Zoning District of the Town of Esopus.
