NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that pursuant to Section §107-16 B(6) of the Esopus Town Code, the Esopus Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, May 15, 20, 2023 at 7:45 p.m. or as soon thereafter for the purpose of considering the application of Alfred Mainetti for a proposed application for a minor subdivision to create two (2) lots. The property consisting of 118.473 acres is located at 212 Alda Drive, identified by tax map SBL No. 63.6-1-1 in the R-12 Zoning District. The proposal is on file in the Planning-Zoning Board office for inspection by any interested party.
