NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that pursuant to Section §123-47 C(6) of the Esopus Town Code, the Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, August 21, 2023, 2023 at 7:35 p.m. (or as soon thereafter as comment may be heard), at the Town Hall, 1 Town Hall Way, Ulster Park, N.Y. for the purpose of considering the application of Scenic Hudson Lane Trust, Inc. for a proposed site plan amendment for the expansion and accessibility improvements to the Black Creek Preserve parking configuration, accessibility, and drainage with a proposed pavilion at the riverfront. The subject properties are located at Winding Brook Road, identified by Tax Map Nos. 72.3-1-1.310 and 72.3-1-1.399 in the RF 1 Zoning District of the Town of Esopus.

All parties of interest and citizens will be given an opportunity to be heard in respect to such application.
