NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that pursuant to Article III, Section §107-16 B(1)of the Esopus Town Code, the Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, October 16, 2023 at 7:40 p.m. at the Town Hall, 1 Town Hall Way, Ulster Park, N.Y. for the purpose of considering the application of Steven and Joann Cross for a proposed 3-Lot subdivision and lot line adjustment.
The proposed lot line adjustment and minor subdivision involves two (2) tax parcels that maintain frontage on New Salem Road, Edlin Drive and Tooley Drive consisting of 11.3 acres and would create three (3) parcels. Subject parcels are located at 166 New Salem Road, Town of Esopus, New York, identified as Tax Map Nos. 56.18-1-6.1 & 56.18-1-11.112 in the R40 and R12 Zoning Districts.
All parties of interest and citizens will be given an opportunity to be heard in respect to such application. Written comment may also be submitted by e-mail to planning-zoning@esopus.com, provided verbally during the meeting or submitted in writing to the Esopus Planning Board, PO Box 700, Port Ewen, NY 12466.
The proposal is on file in the Planning Board office for inspection by any interested party.
