NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that pursuant to Section §123-41 A (1) of the Esopus Town Code, the Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a Public Hearing, 1 Town Hall Way, Ulster Park, NY on Tuesday, January 16, 2024 at 7:00 p.m. or as soon thereafter for the purpose of considering the application of Lorine and Derick Karabec for an appeal pursuant to the September 5, 2023 Determination of the Esopus Code Enforcement Officer relative to the definition of Summer Cottage Colony, Bungalow Colony, Tourist Cabins or Cottages and Section 123-13 D(2) of the Town Code.
The proposal is on file in the Planning-Zoning Board office for inspection by any interested party. You may email planning-zoning@esopus.com to request documents to review or call (845) 339-1811 Ext. 126 to speak with the ZBA Secretary.
All parties of interest and citizens will be given an opportunity to be heard in respect to such application. Written comment may also be submitted by e-mail to planning-zoning@esopus.com, provided verbally during the meeting or submitted in writing to the Esopus Zoning Board of Appeals, PO Box 700, Port Ewen, NY 12466.
