NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that pursuant to Section §107-16 B(6) of the Esopus Town Code, the Esopus Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, February 22, 2024 at 7:35 p.m. or as soon thereafter for the purpose of considering the application of Kenneth Karl for an application for a minor subdivision to create three (3) lots.
The property consisting of 227.8 acres is located at 672 Plutarch Road, identified by tax map SBL No. 79.1-1-15.200 in the R-40 Zoning District. The proposed subdivision would consist of Lot 1 with an existing residence comprised of 40.65 acres, lot 2 comprised of 61.27 acres and lot 3 comprised of 125.86 acres. The application is on file in the Planning-Zoning Board office for inspection by any interested party.
