Notice of Public Hearing

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that pursuant to Section §123-47C(6) of the Esopus Town Code, the Esopus Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing at Town Hall, 1 Town Hall Way, on Monday, May 20, 2024 at 7:35 p.m. or as soon thereafter for the purpose of considering the application of Christina Hill for an application for site plan development to construct an accessory dwelling unit.

The property consisting of 11,991 square fee is located at 230 Broadway, identified by tax map SBL No. 56.67-5-16 NC Zoning District. The proposed site plan is to construct a 728 sf one-bedroom, one story ADU (Accessory Dwelling Unit) to the North side of the property served by central sewer and water. The application is on file in the Planning-Zoning Board office for inspection by any interested party. All parties of interest and citizens will be given an opportunity to be heard in respect to such application. Written comment may also be submitted by e-mail to planning-zoning@esopus.com, provided verbally during the meeting or submitted in writing to the Esopus Planning Board, PO Box 700, Port Ewen, NY 12466.
