NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that pursuant to Section §107-16 of the Esopus Town Code, the Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, August 19, 2024 at 7:35 p.m. (or as soon thereafter as comment may be heard), at the Town Hall, 1 Town Hall Way, Ulster Park, N.Y. for the purpose of considering the application of Lighthouse Village (applicant George Cuney) for a proposed lot line adjustment. The application proposes combining the 7.5 acre lot identified as SBL No. 56.-83-4-10.123 with the 5.8 acre lot identified as SBL No. 56.83-4-10.124 to create a 13.3 acre parcel. The subject properties are located at 158 Clay Road and 364 Broadway, in the G1 and R12 Zoning Districts of the Town of Esopus.

All parties of interest and citizens will be given an opportunity to be heard in respect to such application.
