YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED THAT THE MATTER DESCRIBED BELOW IS ON BEFORE THE TOWN OF ESOPUS ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS FOR A PUBLIC HEARING ON TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 17, 2024 AT 7:00 P.M. OR AS SOON AS MAY BE HEARD
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that pursuant to Section §123-41 A (1) of the Esopus Town Code, the Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, September 17, 2024 at 7:00 p.m. or as soon thereafter for the purpose of considering the application of Jean Kren Sickler for a proposed area variance pursuant to §123-36A of the Town Code. The Applicant is proposing construction on an existing undersized lot that does not meet the minimum lot width of 50 feet.
The site is located at 119 East Main Street, identified by tax map SBL No. 56.60-5-5.300 located in the R-12 Zoning District. The application is on file in the Planning-Zoning Board office for inspection by any interested party. All parties of interest and citizens will be given an opportunity to be heard in respect to such application.
