NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that pursuant to Section §123-41 A (1) of the Esopus Town Code, the Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, May 17, 2022 at 7:00 p.m. or as soon thereafter for the purpose of considering the application of Port Ewen Corp for a proposed use variance pursuant to §123-6(D) and 32 and 123 Attachment I (schedule of permitted uses) of the Town Code. The variance being requested is for the use of existing buildings for office, storage and parking of trucks.
The proposed site is located at 15 North Broadway, identified by tax map SBL 56.44-1-1.100 and located in the W Zoning District. The proposal is on file in the Planning-Zoning Board office for inspection by any interested party. All parties of interest and citizens will be given an opportunity to be heard in respect to such application.
