Notice of Public Hearing

YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED THAT THE MATTER DESCRIBED BELOW IS ON BEFORE THE TOWN OF ESOPUS ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS FOR A PUBLIC HEARING ON TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 19, 2024 AT 7:00 P.M. OR AS SOON AS MAY BE HEARD

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that pursuant to Section §123-41 A (1) of the Esopus Town Code, the Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, November 19, 2024 at 7:00 p.m. or as soon thereafter for the purpose of considering the application of Catherine Immordino for a proposed use variance pursuant to a September 28, 2015 Decision of the ZBA . The Applicant is proposing to reside in two (2) cabin units year-round.

The site is located at 687 Broadway, Ulster Park identified by tax map SBL No. 64.3-1—18.100 located in the R-40 Zoning District. The application is on file in the Planning-Zoning Board office for inspection by any interested party. All parties of interest and citizens will be given an opportunity to be heard in respect to such application. Written comment may also be submitted by e-mail to planning-zoning@esopus.com, provided verbally during the meeting or submitted in writing to the Esopus Zoning Board of Appeals, PO Box 700, Port Ewen, NY 12466.
