NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that pursuant to Section §123-41 A (1) of the Esopus Town Code, the Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, November 19, 2024 at 7:00 p.m. or as soon thereafter for the purpose of considering the application of Catherine Immordino for a proposed use variance pursuant to a September 28, 2015 Decision of the ZBA . The Applicant is proposing to reside in two (2) cabin units year-round.
The site is located at 687 Broadway, Ulster Park identified by tax map SBL No. 64.3-1—18.100 located in the R-40 Zoning District. The application is on file in the Planning-Zoning Board office for inspection by any interested party.
