Notice of Public Hearing

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that pursuant to §123-46B(3) and (4) of the Esopus Town Code, the Esopus Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing at Town Hall, 1 Town Hall Way, Ulster Park, on Monday, April 21, 2025 at 7:35 p.m. or as soon thereafter for the purpose of considering the application of Cris Hendrik, Inc.

The properties consisting of a total of .918 acres are located at 137 and 143 Broadway, identified by tax map SBL Nos. 56.60-1-4 and 42 in the BC Zoning District. A lot-line deletion combining the two parcels was approved by the Planning Board on February 17, 2025. Proposal is to complete the conversion of the existing building to create two one-bedroom apartments and an office space on the second floor to comply with the mixed use requirement of the Zoning Code. The application is on file in the Planning-Zoning Board office for inspection by any interested party. All parties of interest and citizens will be given an opportunity to be heard in respect to such application.
