NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that pursuant to Section §123-41 A (1) of the Esopus Town Code, the Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, August 19, 2025 at 7:00 p.m. or as soon thereafter for the purpose of considering the application of Daniel Wawaka for a proposed area variance pursuant to §123 (Schedule of Permitted Uses) of the Town Code. The application is to allow a use variance to operate a boat repair shop.
The site is located at 89 Old Route 9W, identified by tax map SBL No. 56.51-2-14 located in the RG Zoning District (formerly GC Zoning). The application is on file in the Planning-Zoning Board office for inspection by any interested party.
