Notice of Public Hearing

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that pursuant to Article IX, Section §123-46B(3) and (4) of the Esopus Town Code, the Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, May 23, 2022 at 7:35 p.m. Town Hall, 1 Town Hall Way, Ulster Park, N.Y. for the purpose of considering the application of End Cut/West Park Holding Group LLC for a proposed site plan amendment.

The site is located at 1746 Route 9W and identified by tax map SBL 80.1-3-17 in the GC 2 Zoning District. The proposed action would create a 46-seat outdoor dining area of approximately 1,500 square feet.

All parties of interest and citizens will be given an opportunity to be heard in respect to such application. Written comment may also be submitted by e-mail to planning-zoning@esopus.com, provided verbally during the meeting or submitted in writing to the Esopus Planning Board, PO Box 700, Port Ewen, NY 12466.

The application is on file in the Planning Board office for inspection by any interested party.
