NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that pursuant to Section §123-41 A (1) of the Esopus Town Code, the Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a Public Hearing, 1 Town Hall Way, Ulster Park, NY on Tuesday, October 21, 2025 at 7:00 p.m. or as soon thereafter for the purpose of considering the application of MMY Inc. (River Heights Site Plan/Special Use Permit) by Agent for a Use Variance pursuant to §123.12(7) to allow duplex dwellings rather than the required minimum of three (3) units per building.
The subject property is located at 83 North Broadway, identified by tax map SBL No. 56.52-1-37.300 in the R-12 Zoning District in the Town of Esopus.
The proposal is on file in the Planning-Zoning Board office for inspection by any interested party. You may email planning-zoning@esopus.com to request documents to review or call (845) 339-1811 Ext. 126 to speak with the ZBA Secretary.
All parties of interest and citizens will be given an opportunity to be heard in respect to such application.
