NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that pursuant to Article III, Section §107-16 B(1)of the Esopus Town Code, the Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, January 19, 2026 at 7:55 p.m. at the Town Hall, 1 Town Hall Way, Ulster Park, N.Y. or as soon thereafter as comment may be heard, for the purpose of considering the application of Brianne Cannon and Amanda Winquest by Agent Khattar Elmassalemah, P.E. for a proposed minor 2-Lot subdivision.
The proposed subdivision involves one vacant 19.145 acre parcel located at 1154 Old Post Road to create two (2) buildable lots with private water and sewer. Subject parcel is identified as Tax Map No. 71.3-3-27.1 in the R40 Zoning District.
All parties of interest and citizens will be given an opportunity to be heard in respect to such application. Written comment may also be submitted by e-mail to planning-zoning@esopus.com, provided verbally during the meeting or submitted in writing to the Esopus Planning Board, PO Box 700, Port Ewen, NY 12466.
The proposal is on file in the Planning Board office for inspection by any interested party.
