NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that pursuant to Section §123-41 A (1) of the Esopus Town Code, the Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, June 21, 2022 at 7:00 p.m. or as soon thereafter for the purpose of considering the application of Daniel Frampton for a proposed area variance pursuant to §123-24 F (6)(b) of the Town Code. The application is for the installation of an 8’ high, 190’ long fence on the west side of the parcel.
The property is located at 20 Old Mill Road, identified by tax map SBL No. 71.30-3-10.110 in the R-12 Zoning District. The proposal is on file in the Planning-Zoning Board office for inspection by any interested party. All parties of interest and citizens will be given an opportunity to be heard in respect to such application.
