NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that pursuant to Article III, Section §107-16 B(1)of the Esopus Town Code, the Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, January 19, 2026 at 7:35 p.m. at the Town Hall, 1 Town Hall Way, Ulster Park, N.Y. or as soon thereafter as comment may be heard, for the purpose of considering the application of Robert and Taylor Alonso by Agent Khattar Elmassalemah, P.E. for a proposed 3-Lot subdivision.
The proposed minor three-lot subdivision involves one 10.906-acre parcel located at 17 Valhank Drive, with private water and sewer and would be accessible via a 20-foot-wide private driveway extending from Valhank Drive. Subject parcel is identified as Tax Map No. 63.4-5-32.310 in the R40 Zoning District.
All parties of interest and citizens will be given an opportunity to be heard in respect to such application. Written comment may also be submitted by e-mail to planning-zoning@esopus.com, provided verbally during the meeting or submitted in writing to the Esopus Planning Board, PO Box 700, Port Ewen, NY 12466.
The proposal is on file in the Planning Board office for inspection by any interested party.
