NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that pursuant to Section §123-47 C(6) of the Esopus Town Code, the Planning Board will continue the Public Hearing on Monday, November 18, 2024 at 7:35 p.m. or as soon thereafter as comment(s) may be heard, at the Town Hall, 1 Town Hall Way, Ulster Park, N.Y. for the purpose of considering the site plan and special use permit application of Castlemore Holdings, MIMA, LLC for a proposed tourist cabin development to construct 36 1-bedroom cabins for short-term occupancy. The subject property consisting of 39 acres is located at 38 Hudson Lane, identified by Tax Map No. 64.3-5-2.320 in the R40 Zoning District of the Town of Esopus.

All parties of interest and citizens will be given an opportunity to be heard in respect to such application.
