Notice of Public Hearing (Continuation from January 20, 2025)

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that pursuant to Section §123-47C(6) of the Esopus Town Code, the Esopus Planning Board will continue the Public Hearing at Town Hall, 1 Town Hall Way, on Monday, February 17, 2025 at 7:35 p.m. (or as soon thereafter) for the purpose of considering the site plan/special use permit application of K & Y Energy to construct a bulk storage propane facility with a 30’ by 80’ office/storage building and two 30,000 gallon, above-ground storage tanks.

The property consisting of 2.08 acres is located at 126 Ulster Avenue , identified by tax map SBL No. 63.2-3-8 LI Zoning District. The application is on file in the Planning-Zoning Board office for inspection by any interested party. You may email planning-zoning@esopus.com to request documents to review or call (845) 339-1811 Ext. 126 to speak with the Planning Board Administrative Assistant.

All parties of interest and citizens will be given an opportunity to be heard in respect to such application. Written comment may also be submitted by e-mail to planning-zoning@esopus.com, provided verbally during the meeting or submitted in writing to the Esopus Planning Board, PO Box 700, Port Ewen, NY 12466.
