NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that pursuant to Section §276 of the New York State Town Law, the Town of Esopus Planning Board will continue a Public Hearing on Thursday, December 7, 2023 at 7:35 p.m. at the Town Hall, 1 Town Hall Way, Ulster Park, N.Y. for the purpose of considering the application of Ernest and Stephanie Osterhoudt for a proposed 3-lot subdivision of a parcel located at 48 Hussey Hill Road, identified by Tax Map No. 63.4-1-10 in the R-40 Zoning District of the Town of Esopus.

All parties of interest and citizens will be given an opportunity to be heard in respect to such application.
