NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that pursuant to Section §123-41 A (1) of the Esopus Town Code, the Zoning Board of Appeals will continue the Public Hearing on Tuesday, August 15, 2023 at 7:00 p.m. or as soon thereafter for the purpose of considering the application of Sandra and Mark Simmons for a proposed area variance pursuant to §123-23 of the Town Code. The application is requesting an area variance for the proposed lot size and set backs.
The property is located at 136 Hamilton Court, identified by tax map SBL No. 56.60-1-24 in the R-12 Zoning District. The proposal is on file in the Planning-Zoning Board office for inspection by any interested party. All parties of interest and citizens will be given an opportunity to be heard in respect to such application.
