NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that pursuant to Article III, Section §107-16 B(1)of the Esopus Town Code, the Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, January 17, 2022 at 7:35 p.m. Town Hall, 1 Town Hall Way, Ulster Park, N.Y. for the purpose of considering the application of Justin Krebs and Casey Selzer by Agent Matthew Town, P.E. for a proposed 2-Lot subdivision.
Proposal is to subdivide a 6.836-acre parcel with an existing single-family dwelling and barn. A new 1.474-acre lot is proposed for the barn which is to be converted into a 4-bedrom residence with a private driveway. Subject parcel is located at 286 Swartekill Road, Town of Esopus, New York, identified as Tax Map No. 71.4-1-16.1 in the R40 Zoning District.
All parties of interest and citizens will be given an opportunity to be heard in respect to such application. Written comment may also be submitted by e-mail to planning-zoning@esopus.com, provided verbally during the meeting or submitted in writing to the Esopus Planning Board, PO Box 700, Port Ewen, NY 12466.
The application is on file in the Planning Board office for inspection by any interested party.
